PNCMAK B.Sc Nursing Admission 2026-27 | Application, Eligibility, Fees & Important Dates
Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala (PNCMAK) has officially opened online applications for B.Sc. Nursing admissions for the Academic Year 2026–27. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website www.pncmak.in. The last date to submit applications is 15 July 2026.
What is PNCMAK?
The Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala (PNCMAK) is the apex body representing Self-Financing Private Nursing Colleges across Kerala. PNCMAK conducts centralised admissions for Management Quota and NRI Quota seats in B.Sc. Nursing programmes offered by its 49 member institutions spread across Kerala.
All admissions under PNCMAK are conducted in compliance with the directives of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Government of Kerala, Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), the Indian Nursing Council (INC), and the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.

Eligibility Criteria for PNCMAK B.Sc Nursing 2026-27
Before applying, candidates must carefully check whether they meet all eligibility requirements set by PNCMAK and KUHS.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, or an equivalent examination recognised by any University in the State of Kerala.
The minimum marks required are:
- At least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the qualifying examination
- At least 50% marks in English in the Second Year of the qualifying examination
Candidates from CBSE, ICSE, AISSCE, etc. must obtain an Eligibility and Equivalency Certificate from KUHS, Thrissur at the time of admission. A 5% weightage is given to such candidates after normalization.
Age Requirement
Candidates must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2026. No relaxation permitted. A self-attested copy of SSLC / ICSE / CBSE certificate or Birth Certificate must be submitted at admission.
How to Apply for PNCMAK B.Sc Nursing 2026-27
Applications must be submitted online only at www.pncmak.in. All three stages are mandatory.
Stage 1 — Registration: Visit www.pncmak.in → click "Admission" → fill personal details → create Login ID and Password.
Stage 2 — Fee Payment: Pay Rs. 1,200/- online via Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking. Non-refundable under all circumstances.
Stage 3 — Final Submission: Upload photograph (JPEG, up to 30 KB) and signature (JPEG, up to 20 KB) → select 10 preferred colleges → click "Save and Final Confirmation." No printout required.

Selection Process — Merit List & Centralised Allotment
The MERIT LIST for Management Quota (35% of total seats) is prepared based on marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from the qualifying examination. NRI seats (15% of total seats) are filled by member colleges individually.
Allotments are made through a Single Window System (SWS) under the Admission Supervisory Committee (ASC), strictly based on candidate options, rank, and seat availability. In case of a tie, the candidate who applied earlier gets the higher rank. The merit list remains valid until 31st December 2026.

Fee Structure for PNCMAK B.Sc Nursing 2026-27
All fees are as approved by the Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC) / Government of Kerala.
General / Management Quota:
- Tuition Fee: Rs. 80,328/- per annum
- Special Fee: Rs. 23,980/- (Second year own wards: Rs. 21,230/-)
- Caution Deposit: Rs. 10,000/- (Refundable)
NRI Quota:
- Tuition Fee: Rs. 1,04,500/- per annum
- Special Fee: Rs. 23,980/- (Second year own wards: Rs. 21,230/-)
- Caution Deposit: Rs. 10,000/- (Refundable)
Selected candidates must remit Rs. 10,000/- online as seat acceptance within the prescribed deadline. Failure to pay leads to removal from the process.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission
All candidates must produce:
- SSLC / 10th certificate (self-attested copy) — for date of birth
- Plus Two / HSC Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate — original + self-attested copy
- Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate
- Eligibility & Equivalency Certificate from KUHS (for non-Kerala board candidates)
- Community Certificate (if applicable for minority quota)
- Passport-size photographs
NRI candidates must additionally produce:
- Sponsorship Certificate from NRI sponsor
- Attested copy of sponsor's passport
- Employment Visa stamp page or Employment Certificate attested by Indian Embassy / Consulate
- Relationship Certificate from Village Officer / Tahsildar (as per G.O. (MS) No. 193/2013/H&FWD)
NRI Quota — Key Points
NRI seats are 15% of total management seats. Admissions are conducted by respective member colleges as per G.O. (MS) No. 243/2014/HRFWD dated 06.08.2014. Annual tuition fee for NRI seats is Rs. 1,04,500/-, subject to FRC revision.
Anti-Ragging Policy
Ragging is strictly prohibited in all PNCMAK member colleges. Violators face expulsion and legal action per Hon'ble Supreme Court directives. All admitted candidates and parents must sign the Anti-Ragging Undertaking at admission. Details at www.antiragging.in. Mobile phones are not permitted during theory or practical sessions.

LBS Nursing 2022 Application Form will be Released Soon. Admission to the LBS Nursing Stream is entirely based on a rank list established based on marks gained in the Higher Secondary level.
Second Allotment Date
LBS Kerala 2022 Seat Allotment: There will be three regular online allotments. After each allotment the candidate can pay the required fee / additional fee as indicated in the Fee Payment Slip, which will be available for download from the student home page. The fee can be paid using the fee payment slip or by online.
The Trail Allotment will be conduct on 29.10.2021, First Allotment will be conduct on 03.11.2021, Second allotment is 15.11.2021 and Third Allotment date is 17.11.2021.
