BSc Nursing Admission Notification — B.Sc. Nursing (4 YDC) under Competent Authority Quota

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal, Telangana hereby invites online registrations from TG-EAPCET–2025 qualified candidates for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing (4-Year Degree Course) under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2025–26.

Eligibility

• Only candidates qualified in TG-EAPCET–2025 and otherwise eligible as per KNRUHS norms shall be permitted to register.

• Candidates must meet the cut-off score requirements listed below and satisfy other statutory requirements prescribed by KNRUHS and the Indian Nursing Council.

Scope of Admissions

Admissions will be offered to seats available in Government and Private BSc Nursing Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Telangana, under the Competent Authority Quota for the B.Sc. Nursing (4 YDC) programme.

Process (Key Steps)

1. Online Registration: Registration is strictly online. Candidates must complete the online application at the official portal: https://tsparamed.tsche.in.

2. Document Upload: During online registration, candidates are required to upload original scanned certificates and supporting documents as specified in the online application form.

3. Verification & Provisional Merit List: Uploaded documents will be verified. A provisional merit list will be published after initial verification of documents and eligibility.

4. Final Allotment: Final seat allotment will be made only through web-based counseling conducted as per KNRUHS procedures. Candidates must follow the web counseling instructions for allotment and admission.

Seat Availability & Tuition Fee

The number of seats in Government and Private nursing colleges and the fee structure for the B.Sc. Nursing (4 YDC) course will be notified separately by the Government of Telangana. Candidates are advised to await the official government notification for detailed seat matrix and tuition fee particulars.

Merit Determination

Merit position for the purpose of provisional and final allotment will be determined based on TG-EAPCET–2025 performance, eligibility criteria and verification of submitted documents. Only candidates satisfying all eligibility and verification requirements will be considered for allotment.

TG-EAPCET–2025 Cut-off Scores (Eligibility)

Candidates shall secure the following cut-off scores or above in TG-EAPCET–2025 to be eligible for B.Sc. Nursing admissions in accordance with the regulations of the Indian Nursing Council.

Candidates must ensure their TG-EAPCET–2025 marks/rank meet or exceed the applicable cut-off and that they satisfy all other KNRUHS eligibility requirements.

BSc Nursing Admission Notification for Online Registration

NOTIFICATION FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSIONS INTO B.Sc NURSING 4YDC & P.B.B.Sc (N) 2YDC COURSES UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA FOR 2023-24 IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA

Application forms online are invited from TS - EAMCET - 2023 qualified eligible candidates for admission into the B.Sc NURSING 4YDC and from eligible candidates for P.B.B.Sc (N) 2YDC course for the academic year 2023-2024 under Competent Authority Quota into all Government and Private Nursing colleges affiliated to KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal in the State of Telangana.

Notification is issued for online registration for web based counseling to determine State Merit position for admission into Competent Authority Quota seats only. Provisional final merit list will be notified after scrutiny of all certificates uploaded at the time of online registration. Total number of seats available under Competent Authority Quota for each course for the academic year 2023-24 will be notified before exercising website options for counseling. Tuition fee structure will be as notified by the Government of Telangana.

Nursing BSc Admission

BSc Nursing Admission 2023: Admission Process, Eligibility Criteria, Entrance Exams, Top Colleges

BSc Nursing Course is a 4-year undergraduate course. To be eligible for BSc Nursing Admission 2022, a candidate must score 50% marks in class 12 with a mandatory subject combination of biology, physics, and chemistry.

BSc Nursing 4YDC course admissions into Competent Authority Quota seats shall be based on merit base and INC Regulations. Admissions into Management Quota seats of BSc Nursing 4YDC course shall be based. Next year onwards it will be based on INC Regulations.

BSc Nursing Admission Process 2023

All the colleges offer admission to BSc Nursing course based on an entrance examination or based on merit by concerned universities or the colleges themselves. Few colleges conduct merit-based admissions.

The candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria set by each college before filling the admission forms. Candidates who qualify for the eligibility criteria will have to go through the steps mentioned below.

BSc Nursing Admission 2023: Eligibility

• The minimum age limit for BSc Nursing admission 2022 is 17 years and no upper age limit
• Candidates should have completed 10+2 level of education with Physics, Biology, English, and Chemistry as core subjects.
• The minimum merit percentage requirement varies for different BSc nursing colleges.
• Apart from the minimum merit score, candidates must also have met the cut-off requirements in the qualifying NEET 2022 examination.

BSc Nursing Admission 2023: How to Apply?

Candidates applying for admission to the BSc Nursing course should adhere to the following steps:

• Candidates should apply for admission online on the college website.
• Appear in the entrance exam required and must prepare and score extremely well to qualify and get a good Rank.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR CANDIDATES WHO WANT TO JOIN BSc NURSING 4YDC COURSE AS PER INC REGULATIONS

Candidates aspiring to join the BSc Nursing 4YDC course in Government and Private Colleges in the State of Telangana, affiliated with KNR University of Health Sciences, are hereby informed of the revised eligibility criteria based on updated Government of Telangana orders. These revised rules are applicable from the academic year 2024-25 onwards.

As per the latest guidelines:

• For admission under the Convenor (Government) Quota, it is mandatory to qualify in the Telangana State EAPCET (EAMCET) exam with a minimum of 45% marks.
  Note: Students without EAPCET are not eligible for scholarships under the Government quota.

• For admission under the Management Quota, students can take direct admission into colleges without appearing for EAPCET, provided they are self-financing (i.e., not seeking a Government scholarship).

Candidates are advised to choose their application route accordingly and ensure compliance with the required entrance criteria for their desired quota.
